Zucchini Appetizer

Makes 48 squares

INGRED:
3 cups (4 small) unpared zucchini, sliced thin
1cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup paresan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
 - dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.  Mix all ingredients, spread in pan.  Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.  Cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces.  (Cool before cutting.)  
 
Makes about 4 dozen appetizers
