Season the pork chops (to taste). Saute
the pork chops in frying pan until golden, but not fully cooked.
Place in a baking dish and top with sliced rings of onion and a bell pepper
ring. Place rice in a scoop or small dish and invert over each pork
chop. Pour the can of stewed tomato (or can tomato sauce).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. |
