Artichoke Casserole

Servesn 8 - 10

INGRED:
1 can    green beans (undrained)
1 med.  onion (chopped)
1-2        cloves garlic (minced)
3/4 cup  Romano cheese
1/4 cup  olive oil
2 tblsp   butter
1 can     artichokes (cut up)
1 cup     bread crumbs (unseasoned)
             parsley (chopped)
RECIPE:
 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil and butter.  Add parsley, artichokes and beans and mix well.  Add cheese and bread crumbs and mix.  Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.  [This recipe from Aunt Mary Ficarrotta, Tampa, Florida]
